Wonderful Experience. They did not have the model in stock, but still managed to procure it & deliver it to me just in time for the holidays. The rep called me to let me know of my mistake on the battery & helped me in choosing the correct one. The product was also shipped free & it had the cleaning kit inside as a bonus. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
