1. The property management team shows little respect to tenants. They seem to fail to realize it's the tenants who are paying for their salary, the repairing jobs, and the mortgage of the landlords'.\r

2. Before you rent, watch out for their extremely unreasonable lease terms. They can send a repair team to your house any time they feel like to. I quote from an email from one of the property managers - Ms. Letitia Rodrigues: "You will be informed of any needed repairs the owner seeks to make. You do not however, have the right to disagree, or be in the decision making process or prohibit the repairs being done."\r

3. They really don't care about how inconvenient they make your life to be. When I talked with Ms. Letitia Rodrigues about informing me of the noises of repairs in advance so I could better prepare my young baby for it. She said "I am not sure why I would need to explain the noise factor...". My reason
