Had to replace my door. Needed ADT to send a technician to reinstall front door detector. Besides the rediculous price to do so they want you to work around their schedule and not the customer. This is not customer service. They need to start getting into the needs of their customer. I've never had an incident / breakin. If I do I now wonder how they will respond. more
