The owner of Avus Autosports--Andrew really knows and understands customer service and loyality. \r
Last week I pulled out of my garage to see that I had been leaking coolant from my car. I called Avus Autosport (my car Dr.) and was told to bring in the car right away. I for sure thought I was going to be told bring it tomorrow since it was such a last minute thing. Not at all, they were willing to take care of me-my car right away.\r
It's not the first time that my car has leaked coolant, since there is this piece that keeps breaking and having to be replaced by Avus Autosport. Not their faulty but crappy manufacturing. \r
Anyway, when I came to pick up my car, I was ready to pay but Andrew (owner) said it was on the house since it was something out of my control their control and just plain cheap manufacturing piece. If that doesn't speak volumes of this place, I dont know what does. \r
This is only one of the many reasons I continue to deal and refer people with BMW's to Avus.
