I've never actually had a bad haircut before, but the haircut I got at Fantastic Sam's was horrible. My regular stylist is gone for a month so I decided to take a chance, but they turned out awful. She tried to do layers and they are shaggy and uneven. The length is much shorter then I wanted. Normally layers and a cut add body to my hair, but this time it's limp and thin. I asked her to try to fix it and she said there wasn't anything she could do.\r

I guess this is what you get when you use one of these places, but now I'm going to have to spend even more money at a real salon to see if they can salvage this at all. Obviously, I would never, ever go back here or recommend this place to anyone.
