staff is extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. had my dog spayed here, given instructions to give pain meds for 4 days, but only given 2 days worth of meds, although i paid for 4, when i called and left a message, i never received a follow up call. no apology, no partial refund. i will never go back here.
