I have used service companies in the past. Most of them over promise and under deliver. Not these guys!
From what I understand this is a true family run company out of Katy. Greg is the technician and his wife answers the phones. I called them and left a message and she returned my call within 30 minutes! He was out 2 days later and my treadmill sounds better now than it did when it was new! Call these guys...you won't regret it. (Not to mention your supporting one of Americas SMALL businesses and not ""The big guys"". KEEP AMERICA STRONG!
