I had a great experience at Madison Estates. I was on the hunt for an apartment in Park Slope/ Carroll Gardens area. I stumbled upon Madison Estates while walking around the neighborhood. After filling out a sheet with all of the amenities I was looking for, I was greeted by the broker, Joseph. We talked for a while and I told him what I was looking for. He had an apartment in mind and if I was available we would be able to see it that day. So we headed to the first apartment. It wasn't really what I was looking for but Joseph said he would be getting a couple of apartments in by the end of the week and would call me ASAP. He called me the following Monday and we scheduled an appointment to look at 2 apartments in the same building. I ended up getting the 2BR instead of the 1BR because the price was right! The location is great too just what I was looking for with the train(just a few stops to the city), bars and restaurants. I love my apartment and Madison Estates!
