I couldn't agree more with the last reviews written about this daycare. Dena Smith, the regional director is the most rude unprofessional woman I have ever meet in my life. My kids have went there for sometime now and I have never had a problem until this last month when she arrived. I truly believe that it is because i have title xx which is not fair. She charged me a $ 29 late charge b/c i paid the payment on the 2nd when my kids went to school, keep in mind they weren't there on the 1st. I bet she didn't do that to self pay families! Then she accuses me pretty much of being a liar and falseifying documents which is so wrong. She wasnt even able to talk to me face to face about the situation but put it into a letter and had my sons teacher slip it into the diaper bag. Im not sure if Dena Smith has kids or even knows what its like to struggle but Im sure she has no idea. Does she think that I just dropped off my kids and went out and partied all day or what? Just for the record thats not what I did I am currently a full time student at columbus state. But if that is what I did all day what is it any of her personal business ahe still gets her paycheck either way. Whether I pay using title xx or self pay Dena Smith and the rest of the rainbow station staff still get a check. Dena Smith kicked my kids out of daycare with no notice at all, I recieved the letter on nov. 18 and that was it. Now my life is turned upside down because of one person on a power trip. Where is the owner dosen't she/he check up on the people she puts in charge because this is crazy. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO RAINBOW STATION! Especially if you get title xx b/c you will be treated like crap! But word of mouth does get around and I will let it be known how I was treated by Dena Smith.
