DISAPPOINTING is the one word I'd use to describe my dealings with this company.  They have terrible customer service - lying about having sent emails out (who doesn't get an email 'supposedly' sent to them these days?), can't explain why they never called you back, and didn't once originate a communication to me.  I am a patient individual but told them to cancel my order for business cards after not seeing them after SIX weeks.
