My husband got transferred here for his job a few months ago. We have made some great discoveries and disappointments here in the Belmont/Hawthorne area. Meleni at Propaganda was the greatest discovery for us both. My husband actually found her first. Upon his recommendation I thought I would give her a try, since i've not been happy with the previous 2 salons i've visited. I'm very happy to have found her!!! So nice and by far the best color job i've ever had. A treasure of a stylist. We will be back to see Meleni. Go here!
