Jenny is rude and not professional. The ladies seemed so nice @ first, very short lived. Probably until you are an established customer. Can't even promise to get my dogs back in a span of 3-4 hours. By standards even 3 hours is an approriate time if your not overbooking. Most times that's not a problem but once in awhile we might get busy and we need them back @ a reasonable time frame. After all, I did make an appt. in advance and I am paying for the service. What's wrong with this... Overbooking would explain for the attitude and hurried sloppy grooming. They shaved my two dogs down to practically no hair. This is not what I asked. Husband and I were so upset, it was sad. All my dogs could do until their hair grew out, was to lick, scratch and bite themselves. They couldn't even shave them right. There were shave marks and long pieces of hair were the clippers missed. My dogs never felt or smelled clean either. Patrons pay Big Money to have their animals groomed. Should be perfect! There are lots and lots of groomers, try another groomer.
