To be honset, I'm having a hard time writing this review becuase I just don't know where to start.\r

My wife and I were recently married, and we chose, at the request of a friend, Floral Expressions by Ron. Worst. Advice. Ever.\r

To put it simply, the flowers weren't completed by the wedding day (WE had to improvise), some floral arrangements were missing (WE had to run to a nearby grocery store and find something similar), Ron never returned phone calls, and when he did, he was extremely short and rude.\r

We confronted Ron after the wedding about our displeasure, and he shouted obscenities at my mother in law, telling her it was our fault the flowers weren't done and our fault they forgot to include some. He also told he he didn't care anymore because our event was over. After constant nagging on our part, he agreed to reimburse us a portion of the cost and would send us a check.\r

After several weeks, we never saw the money. That is until my in-laws went to his store. Ron became so flustered, he threw the money he owed us at my in-laws -- literally threw it.\r

So, in summary, if you're looking for a bad florist, with bad manners and one who blames everything on the customer and swears at them, Floral Expressions by Ron is right for you.\r

Seriously, go somewhere else. There are multiple good florists in the Northshore Milwaukee area. Pass right on by this place.\r

Oh, and for the record, I'm disappointed that zero stars isn't an option.
