Bought a car from this place about ten years ago and it was a good experience. This time it was GREAT. I shopped around a few other vw dealers including the one across town, a choice I didn't have last time, and all I can say is that Michaels was the only choice. They other guys didn't know anything about the cars, maybe because they had only a few cars on their lot. The few they did have all had some dealer mark up or $1000 fabric protectant on them. Who are they kidding. Michaels was straight up, went out of their way to get me the car I wanted and gave me a good deal. The sales guy even took me over to introduce me to the service guy so I know exacyl who to look for when I need an oil change.. which btw is free. Only one choice in this town folks, Michael VW, plus at least I know they will still be there in five or ten years when I need something else. Thanks guys
