Ordered a seat cover for our dogs. No confirmation was sent so I got worried. Transaction went through the bank so I knew it was in the works. Had to phone to get an update, and then the order was delivered the next day. All in all not a real good experience until phone call. Should not need to call a company for update. They need to really improve customer service. more
