They setup each family's pets (even my cat and dog) in their own household room, not a cage. They say they try to encourage dog socialization with the family and all other available dogs, and they mean it. My 11-month-old shepherd was TOO playful for everyone, including me, but came back knowing ""down"" and walked through the door after me instead of running through me! And the next time I took her to the park, she did not pull me on the leash. I have been back twice since, and she is always excited to arrive, and is even learning the name of the place. I would totally recommend this place to a friend.
