This has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had. After flying from Columbus OH to SFO with delays at both ends due to bad weather I call Marin Door to Door to let them know I landed. I was told to walk what seemed like miles to an outside courtyard, in the dark as a female traveling alone & the shuttle would be there in 45 minutes. When I called back after 45 minutes to find out where the shuttle was I was informed it would be 20 more minutes. When I told the rude woman on the phone that was unacceptable, she basically told me too bad. My flight was late so I was just going to have to wait. I told her no, I was going to take a cab & she would need to refund my prepaid fee. She, of course, refused to do so, we argued back & forth so I just hung up & figured I would dispute the charges. She then calls me back & says she will reverse the charge if I pay the driver cash... What? I already told her I had no intention of waiting another 20 minutes for the shuttle. What a joke! Never Never Never use this company. They are the worst. BTW, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well...
