I have worked out with Method Evolution bootcamps during the week as well as Saturday training. I really enjoy how fun the exercises are, and I don't notice how hard I worked until I get home and I am super sore!!! I love that feeling because then I know I put in the effort required to lose those pounds! They are always quick to respond to any questions I have about my progress and how I can modify any exercises to make them easier or harder. This makes the program suitable for anyone--in-shape and out-of-shape just starting out. I like the online videos so I can work out at home as well as the e-mails filled with nutritional info and motivation to keep working out. Keep up the good work guys!
