I've been going here for a few years and have never had a problem - in fact, a few times they got stains out when I wasn't sure what they were. Once I noticed a stain that didn't come out so they redid it and refunded my money. They are pricey, but worth it for your better clothes. Since I travel a lot I love that they offer same day service.
