Last year I went to see another doctor in Tiena Healthcare due to an accident. They charged me approximately $3,500 on my Visa and said this is it. You paid in full and do not have any remaining balance. After a month, they charged $3,500 to my Cigna Insurance and told Cigna the Patient has not paid anything for the service. WHAT?!?! ARE YOU SERIOUS? Cigna comes back and asks me to pay for the bill and I tell them I already have! Basically they charged me twice for 1 service. It took me 6 months to resolve this problem. PHATHETIC! Who has time like this to fix other people?s mistake? IT IS RIDICILIOUS TO SEE THESE BIG HOSPITAL/CLINICS DO THIS KIND OF THINGS FOR MONEY!!!!
