I took my glasses in for repair because the screws kept needing to be tightened. 30 minutes later Cinci Eyeglass Frame Repair called to tell me that the frame was broken. They had broken it while replacing the screws. They asked for $40 to fix the broken frame in addition to the cost of replacing the screws. So I started with a pair of usable glasses with a minor problem, and ended up with a pair which were unwearable.
Follow-up. They called the next day and offered to repair the frame without charge.
