I have been lucky to buy my first bike from Keswick in 1989 from the original owners. They were terrific folks with a lot of history in the bike industry and the community. I was a little worried when the shop was sold in 1999 to different folks.
However my worries were very short lived. The new owner Dave and Brian have updated the shop, carry more stuff, are into the bike world and so is there staff.
Listen I go to a lot of the local shop, Share the Love, sort of speak. Everyone has bad days and good days but keswick has always been good to me and I can recommend 100%.
