Have had Astro to my home for repairs several times. They were very quick to get to my house. They have always done a good job and the technicians always seemed knowledgeable. One time when my lamp went out on a Friday, the lady stayed there after hours until I could get there and not be without TV all weekend. I believe the other reviewer had a unique experience maybe of his own doing?
