When we first moved to St. Louis friends told us about the Loop and Fitz's. I think it is an interesting atmosphere. We have been there several times now. Service is good, not amazing but good enough. Our friend usually asks to substitute fries with a vegetable weird enough once we were told this is not possible. That day everything hit on us. we had to return her food because all her meat (i believe it was beef tips? ) was inedible, almost spoiled. All other food was good. i like their Parmesan chicken a lot. That's the only thing i am eating there now. All together it is ok. Food quality is sadly not constant quality as well as the guest service.
