WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER. I booked a taxi 2 days in advance and taxi NEVER SHOWED or CALLED ME. I was left stranded in Salem, MA until 3AM in the cold. Sometimes they do not answer the phones either!!! WORST TAXI EVER DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL COSTS!!! Find another Taxi service if you want reliable transportation.
