I LEARNED ABOUT STUDIO H20 SALON FROM ""GROUPON"". I THEN RESEARCHED THEIR WEB SITE - REVIEWS ...( WHICH I HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT AUTHENTICITY - NOW ). I CALLED AND TALKED TO THIADA - THE OWNER AND EXPLAINED THAT MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTER WOULD LIKE TO COME IN AND WOULD LIKE HER "" THIADA "" TO CUT AND STYLE OUR HAIR. SHE SAID SHE ALWAYS GIVES A CONSULT AND FINDS OUT WHAT THE CUSTOMER REALLY WANTS BEFORE SHE STARTS HER CUT. SHE SAID I COULD BRING IN PICTURES OF WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR TO HELP HER GET A PICTURE OF WHAT WE WANTED. WE ARRIVED AND WERE TOLD BY THIADA'S HUSBAND ( ALSO SALON OWNER) THAT THIADA HAD GONE HOME SICK... BUT "" LYNN "" WAS AVAILABLE AND ACTUALLY HAD BETTER TRAINING... ( VIDAL SASSON, BUMBLE) ETC. THAN THIADA AND WE WOULD BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. WE DECIDED TO GO AHEAD BECAUSE WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO HER EXPERTISE??? LYNN DID NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE CUT MY DAUGHTER WANTED... A SPIKEY MODERN CUT THAT SHE BROUGHT A PICTURE OF ). I SHOWED HER 6 PICTURES OF THE KIND OF LOOK I WANTED - BLUNT CUT WITH LAYERS AND BOUNCY. I ALSO TOLD HER I USE ROLLERS AND NOT A FLAT IRON TO STYLE MY HAIR. WHILE GETTING MY HAIR CUT ONE OF THE OTHER STYLISTS CAME OVER TO LYNN AND SAID THIADA CALLED AND WANTED TO KNOW WHAT TO BRING HER BACK FOR LUNCH AND LYNN SAID ""WHAT EVER SHE WANTED TO PICK UP WOULD BE FINE"" ...MY FEELING WAS THIADA WAS NOT HOME SICK??....MAYBE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO DO OUR CUTS FOR LESS THAN FULL PRICE AND PASSED US OFF TO LYNN. LYNN TOTALLY BUTCHERED AND THINNED OUT MY HAIR AND CUT 2"" AND 3"" PIECES UNDERNEATH LONGER PIECES THAT STICK OUT ALL OVER MY HEAD. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND LYNN TOLD ME ALL SHE COULD DO IS RETURN OUR MONEY AND GIVE ME CONDITIONING TREATMENTS ( NEITHER ONE HAS BEEN DONE AND LYNN WON'T EVEN RETURN MY CALLS)... I TALKED TO THIADA AND SHE SAID ALL I COULD DO IS LET IT GROW OUT & TOO BAD THAT HAPPENED!! I TOLD HER I WOULD SUE AND SHE SAID SHE KNEW THE LAWS AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO...THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME!! (I HAD ASKED FOR A STYLING APPLIANCE BECAUSE I CAN NO LONGER USE ROLLERS AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH MY HAIR.) ... THEY ARE NOT LIABLE!! I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I FEEL THAT LYNN, AND THIADA AND HER HUSBAND (THE OWNERS OF STUDIO H2O) LACK OF EMPATHY AND CARING FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS IS APPALLING. THEY REALLY DON'T GIVE A S___ ONE WAY OR THE OTHER ABOUT THEIR SERVICE OR THEIR PATRONS... AS LONG AS THEY GET THE MONEY. I ALSO BELIEVE IN KARMA...WHAT GOES AROUND - COMES AROUND. PLEASE ...IF YOU HAVE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS WITH ANY SERVICE YOU HAVE RECEIVED ANYWHERE ...LET PEOPLE KNOW SO IT DOESN'T HAPPEN TO THEM! .....IT'S HEART BREAKING!! more
