We were very excited when our friends suggested we go to Las Brisas. We had been there years before, and thought it was marvelous. Not this time. First, there didn't seem to be anyone formally greeting/seating people. Then they sat us out on an enclosed patio. They had heaters (it is a November evening), but kept fooling with the thermostat, so that it alternated between roasting and too cool to be comfortable. Our waiter was the real prize, though. It took at least 10 minutes to come to us, then 20 minutes to serve us a pitcher of margaritas we ordered. Then at least another 20 minutes to take our food order, at which time my girlfriend ordered a beer (because the pitcher was fairly small and only a half glass left after 4 of us got a glass). The beer never came, and we never saw the waiter again to ask about it. After the food came, we only saw him at check time.
