Molly Maids of Wake Forest....NEVER AGAIN!
My husband hired Molly Maids of WF to clean our home as a surprise birthday present ...two girls came to my home, neither of which could understand english very well. I tried to give them my requests but they just kept saying, ""clean whole house, yes?"" Finally I left them go but I was not happy with what I saw ... the shook my rugs INSIDE MY HOUSE. They used a dirty wet rag mop to clean my beautiful hardwood floors! Disgusting! I saw them standing up on my counters to dust! SERIOUSLY!!!! They swept the bathroom floor with a dust mop and pushed the dust out onto my bedroom carpet to later vacuum up....
While all of this was going on I called the home office and reached voicemail....three times! I left messages but no one returned my calls!
The cleaning was no up to par and their methods of cleaning are not acceptable...
My advice is to look elsewhere for a cleaning service!
