I was very pleased with the service I got from Seattle Telephone Systems in regards to the relocation of my phone system from our old office to our new one.
We had an older Toshiba system, and the first thing I moticed was that they didn't try to sell me a new old. If fact, they suggested that we keep it, as parts were still available, so there was no need to replace it.
The move went well, and though the system apparently lost some programming when it was reinstalled, they were able to get it back in working order before the next day for business.
We had a little trouble with our DID numbers, but it was a problem with our service company, and John worked with them until things were resolved.
