The shell station is poorly maintained. I do not understand the purpose of pay at the pump when you have to go inside because they have failed to keep the receipt tapes full. I have stopped at this station daily for over a year, and after today, talking with the manager it is useless. There is no immediate desire to assist a customer. Just pay and be on your way, so I can get back to my book or Ipod? I could understand if it was once in a while, but considering it is constantly happening, it is beyond understanding. I stop there because it is right by the highway, and convenient for me to buy gas and get on to work. But I am having to re-look my choices; maybe the Cheveron.
