Haven't had such a bad service ever!!! I was hit by a guy who didn't speak any English, had no drivers license, but he did have American Access Insurance! The policeman told me right away that it basically means that I am gonna have to fix my car through my insurance, unless I have strong nerves. So it's been over a month and still they cannot get an authorization on appraisal estimate. The agent I was dealing with was the rudest and most unpleasant female human. But I am determined to go till the end no matter how much of my time it is gonna take, and definatelly file a complant.
