We too had Bruce as our salesperson. He was great to work with on the front end but WAYYYYYY overpromised. He said we would have our reconditioned chairs back in 6-8 weeks but it was 12. When we called about the chairs, we could not get him on the phone either. I eventually went into the store and was given the run around there as well. There customer service is pathetic.
