I have not been a customer of theirs, but I asked a question though their online chat. In the chat they got my contact info and Nikki called me in about an hour, which is great comparing to some of the other dealerships that never get back to you. She tried to help me a lot and also to get some info from her co-workers; so she called me back after 5 minutes and spent quite bit of time with me which is wonderful. Although they are not the closest dealership to me, but I may want to take my car there because of the above impression. The general managers should be happy of having such courteous and nice employees who can improve the overall reputation of their facility.
