Well This is not the first time i had to use these people but when you have a problem and you have extended warranty you have almost no choice. they claim first or next day service but then they call u back an change it to four or five days later....OK so now i change my day off and sit in my house mfor there five hour window wating for them to come...sounds easy so far? About a half an hour before the window ending the tech calls me and tells me that he is running behind in his schedule and that i need to call the office an RE-SCHEDULE!!
