my parents have smith alarm as their monitoring service. they are cheap, and no installation costs etc... but there is a reason why its that way-- there is really no service- if their alarm goes off- no one calls, NO CALL TO THE POLICE, NO CALLS TO OUR PARENTS CELL PHONE. and the last time the technician came by to upgrade their system, they drilled through the middle of our kitchen wall and you can see all the exposed wire to the equipment. which is so easy for anyone to see... didnt look too incognito for me. the worst company ever to start a security system. when we called our representative- he said he will call back in 2 days.... that was a week ago. SMITH ALARM SUCKS
