My experience was wonderful dealing with Gerald Willson and B J. Since I live south of the Houston area, I chose not to meet with service personnel; obviously, I will not be able to use Trophy Nissan for my service. This is why I checked this as ""no."" I asked Gerald for several of his cards as I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends who are interested in a Nissan. If I decide to look for another Nissan in the future, I will surely give you all an opportunity. Everyone I met was wonderful and cared about my needs. Thank you for a great experience.
