Well we are not sure where the previous negative review came about but this place is the only place in our history of shopping where we found the most outright honest service. Our situation was a three year old laptop that just wouldn't turn on. No matter how many times you hit the power key, the little lights above the keyboard would flash for a second and not turn on. The tech diagnosed our machine as having a bad mother board. Not only did they charge a very reasonable $40, they took the time to explain to us what this meant, what our options were and ... they let us know about a Maine state law that covers our laptop for four years from the purchase date. They GAVE US THE FORM to mail in to the Attorney General's Office and explained the whole FREE process. Well, about two months later, after we filed that form, we got a new laptop from hewlett packard.
