I used this service to get my chimney cleaned. The service call when well until I when to look at my wood burning stove. Nothing was put back in its place and cold air was blowing into my family room. Now the service tech did say I had problems with the stove but he did not say that he was unable to put it back like he found it before he serviced the stove. No offer to rectify nor did I get an apology. THE WORST!
