I have not been impressed one bit by the club. The service is the exact same as a 24hr or Lifetime, but for 3x the price. Most of the ""genuine"" smiles we get are from the cleaning crew. The weight room is small and cluttered and the music is even worse. I've seen only 2 new pieces of equipment in the weight room in 3 years, and one of them is always broken! The gym floor is old and doesn't bounce, the weightroom floor is torn-up and bubbling up, an old and outdated drinking fountain nearly cut me... on and on...
The customer service is nothing special. The club communication is terrible. The employees are great and friendly except for always complaining about management. The trainers and desk people are too busy laughing, cussing, and being outrageously loud to notice or help an elderly man in need. Most of the members are also great and friendly, but are now also starting to complain about club workings...
They are constantly remodeling, which is what did us in. The cardio room underwent a remodel that made it worse. Putting members through a month long remodel to only have it turn out worse than before is not something I'm willing to deal with...or pay for.
There are better options for lower prices out there for myself and family.
