Hi, although I thought I was going to receive excellent service from a company with BBB I did not. I called LGS, in Crown Point, IN for my water heater to be fixed. They said it was a simple part worth 18.00. Once finished, they had replace the part and stated that I needed to replace my water heater. Well since it was only a few years old I decided to call the number on the water heater itself and they walked me through some simple steps and sent out a part, free of charge, and recommended a local company to install it. The other company came out and installed it for 89.00 and it is now in perfect working condition after LGS said it needed to be replaced. NOW the kicker-LGS charged me $200 to replace a non faulty part and tell me my unit was trash. Make sure you call the number on your water heater before calling LGS.
