Although this salon is convenient and is aesthetically pleasing, I was extremely disappointed. My experience at Beauty Indulgence was terrible for many reasons, and when I calmly tried to relay this to the manager and my stylist they matter of factly told me that the service had already been done. Nothing more. When a business doesnt provide the service you ask for (in this case not coloring the hair the color you ask), they arent on time AND they dont honor their pricing they arent the ones who should be on the defense. There is no excuse for being short or matter of fact with a customer, especially when they are being respectful to you. If you want an over priced, crowded, snooty salon that will take almost 2 hours to do a one process color, this is for you!! If you want to be a valued customer and not have to worry about the color your hair will turn out, find another salon. I have heard great things about Salon Eben and CK Day Spa which are pretty close by.
