They are no-nonsense, which is extremely important to me, but they were fun and easy to deal with at the same time. they worked hard to get us a deal we could live with, and even after we had agreed on the terms, they found us a better finance rate which lowered our payments even more. And then, since we ran out of time that night, they prepped the car and delivered it to us the next day, an 1 hour away! They were great, and good to deal with.
