I was told my computer would be done in about a week. I went in the second week to check on the status of my computer and the lady said they haven't looked at it yet, but I was the next in line and she put it on the technician's desk. The third week, I went there to see how my computer was doing and it was sitting on a shelf in the hallway and no one even looked at it! So, I told them to give it back to me so I could take it somewhere else to be fixed. A nice way to lose business. I don't like being told it's going to be one week, but then I'm put on the back burner. I'll never go there again.
