After spending a small fortune on labor and parts for Doc's to repair two separate problems with our KitchenAid dishwasher (spring shot in door / handle sticking), the door started dropping open again after 3 months, and a few weeks later the handle kept getting stuck again.
I spoke with Tom, and after listening to him talk in circles for 15 minutes (the man LOVES the sound of his own voice) he offered to send someone out at a cost of $59 to us(!), to see if the two unrelated parts were both defective - no way that Doc's repairman could be to blame! He refused to admit that it was WAY too big of a coincidence for these two unrelated repairs to have failed within weeks of each other.
In this economy, take your money to a more reputable and deserving business!
