I came to Preferred with an old (1999) Expedition with over 100K miles. They gave me an honest evaluation of its problems and a fair estimate for the needed work. I decided not to have the work done, and they disposed on the old car for me. Their attitude was great. They obviously love what they do, and I could tell they are very good at it.
