I could name many characteristics about Preferred Automotive that make Gary and Mike, and all the employees, the best of the best but the fact that they breed confidence in their work is the outstanding one. I have been relying on P.A. for about 20 years to take excellent care of my cars and I am a person who has to, needs to, have confidence that my car is ready to be safe out on the road.\r
I also appreciate the consideration everyone at the firm gives me by explaining what the problem is and how it is to be fixed. I may not understand the explanation fully but it goes a long way to help me see the work involved.\r
