Dr. Wilson took a scraping of a bump on his forehead with such force that it bled and later became infected, leaving a giant unsightly bump on his face that has lasted two weeks, while the other bumps have all subsided. She did nothing to clean up or stop the bleeding. She could have easily taken a a less aggressive sample from a less conspicuous area on the back of his neck. \r
