Mark, the gentleman who installed our water heater was very professional and knowledgable. He was precise, efficient and went out of his way to show my husband all the features of the newly installed water heater. When asked about the details of the charges, he explained why each item is needed and did not do any high pitch selling of other items that are not mandatory.
