This clinic was cheap, but very unprofessional! I took my dog in to board for 3 days, came back to find his eye was almost poked out by them using a lead to get him out of the kennel. To top it off the admin. assistant was supposed to put a label on the meds the Dr. GAVE me and instead charged me for them, when I brought it to her attention she said, "Mamm we cant help it if your dog hits himself in the eye", I was furious. Oh, and the fact they said he was very bad and sent us home with his urine filled bedding was a kicker too!! The Dr was great he just needs some new help.
