A lot of peple don't understand the reason VCA is so expensive is because it is a corporate business, not like privatly owned practices that are a lot cheaper. Also VCA is open 24/7 and has specialists that other places don't have or that you have to go out of town for. Yes it's expensive, that's what pet insurance is for! I found the staff, especially at night, caring, helpful and very nice. They care very much what happens to your pet and are very respectful if you have to make a tough decision. I reccomend this place to all of my pet owning friends and family. I hope people will understand why VCA is so expensive but the care they give is worth the money.
